Do you offer delivery?

We do! We’re excited to team up with DoorDash as our on demand residential delivery partner. You can place your order HERE! We offer in house delivery for commercial customers.

What is your wash and fold turnaround time?

We offer 24 hour, 8 hour and 4 hour services for both our walk in and delivery customers. You can see a full list of our services HERE.

Do you offer wash, dry and bag?

Yes! This service is only available to walk in customers.

What if I have an issue with my order?

Let us know! We’d be happy to help. Please contact us HERE or call us at the store where your order is being processed. You can find this info in the text message sent about your order.

*Please note any order issues must be brought to our attention within 1 week of your order intake date.

How do I apply a credit or promo code?

Once we’ve received and weighed your order, you’ll get a text message update letting you know that processing has begun. You can then add a promo or credit - just click on the live link in that message and you’ll be able to add it in the order summary.

Where are your locations?

We have a location in the Mission & Western Addition.

What type of payment is accepted?

Self Serve: You can pay with any major credit card or by coin

Wash & Fold: We only accept card for WF orders

What size washers do you have?

Mission: 2 load, 3 load, 4 load, 6 load & 8 load.

Western Addition: 2 load, 4 load & 6 load.
