Thank you for choosing Laundré for your laundry needs. By using our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

  • DRY Cleaning Service Overview

  • Laundré partners with a professional third-party dry cleaning provider to handle all dry cleaning orders. While we strive for excellence, Laundré is not responsible for damages resulting from the third-party service.

  • Dry cleaning turnaround times may vary but are typically completed within 3–5 business days unless otherwise specified.

  • Care and Handling

  • Laundré exercises the utmost care in cleaning your garments. However, due to the nature of certain fabrics, dyes, and construction, we cannot guarantee against color fading, shrinkage, or damage caused by the cleaning process.

  • Items with existing damage (e.g., rips, loose threads, missing buttons) are handled at the customer’s risk. We will attempt to notify you of these issues before cleaning when possible.

  • Loss or Damage

  • In the rare event of loss or damage, Laundré’s liability is limited to 10 times the cleaning charge of the affected item, subject to a maximum of $250 per order.

  • Claims for loss or damage must be made within 48 hours of delivery or pickup.

  • Laundré is not responsible for unclaimed items after 30 days.

  • Special Instructions

  • Customers must provide clear instructions for any delicate items or special care requirements at the time of drop-off or pickup request.

  • If no instructions are provided, Laundré will proceed with standard dry cleaning methods.

  • Exclusions

  • Laundré does not accept liability for:

    • Items damaged due to inherent flaws, such as fabric defects, dye runs, or deterioration.

    • Accessories (e.g., beads, sequins, buttons) that may be damaged or lost during cleaning.

    • Items left in pockets, such as pens, keys, or other personal belongings.

  • Pickup and Delivery

  • Laundré offers on-demand pickup and delivery for dry cleaning orders. A delivery fee applies to all orders, which cannot be waived but may be partially subsidized for promotional offers.

  • Delivery timelines are estimates and may be subject to delays due to unforeseen circumstances.

  • Payment and Refunds

  • Payment is due upon pickup or delivery of your cleaned items.

  • Refunds will only be issued for services not rendered due to Laundré’s error. Cleaning fees for items lost or damaged will not exceed the stated liability limit.

  • Customer Responsibilities

  • Ensure all items submitted for cleaning are suitable for dry cleaning.

  • Review your order upon pickup or delivery and report any issues immediately.

  • Keep your contact information up to date to receive notifications about your order.

  • Laundré offers wash and fold laundry services with customizable options for detergents, fabric softeners, and washing preferences.

  • Standard turnaround time is 48 hours unless expedited services are selected. Expedited options include an 8-hour or 4-hour turnaround, subject to availability.

  • Care and Handling

  • Laundré takes great care in handling your laundry and follows standard washing and drying procedures unless specific preferences are provided.

  • Customers are responsible for notifying us of any special washing instructions (e.g., hang drying, cold wash, delicate settings) when placing the order. Without instructions, items will be washed and dried using default settings.

  • Laundré is not responsible for damage caused by pre-existing conditions, including but not limited to: fabric deterioration, weak seams, or previous improper care.

  • Items Accepted

  • We accept machine-washable items only. Laundré does not take responsibility for items that are labeled “dry clean only” or “hand wash only” that are accidentally included in your laundry bag.

  • Non-laundry items left in bags, such as keys, money, or personal belongings, are returned whenever possible, but Laundré is not liable for their loss or damage.

  • Loss or Damage

  • While Laundré makes every effort to prevent loss or damage, in rare cases, mistakes may occur. Our liability for loss or damage is limited to 10 times the cost of the wash and fold service for the total weight of the order, with a maximum liability of $250 per order.

  • Claims for missing or damaged items must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery or pickup.

  • Laundré is not responsible for damage caused by:

    • Pre-existing conditions such as fabric deterioration, weak seams, or previous improper care.

    • Items mislabeled or unsuited for standard machine washing and drying.

  • Laundré will weigh the returned laundry in cases of loss disputes to confirm the reported weight of the order.

  • Stain Removal

  • Unless specified in the order notes, Laundré does not provide stain removal services as part of the standard wash and fold process.

  • We will always do our best to identify stains during inspection and will contact customers to confirm if they would like the stains treated at our stain treatment rate.

  • Certain stains may require professional treatment or specialized products beyond the scope of Laundré’s services.

  • Pickup and Delivery

  • Laundré offers on-demand pickup and delivery. A delivery fee applies to all orders, which cannot be waived but may be partially subsidized under promotional offers.

  • Laundry must be packed securely in a bag that can close. Laundré is not responsible for items lost or damaged due to insufficient packaging.

  • Payment and Refunds

  • Payment is due upon pickup or delivery of your completed order.

  • Refunds will only be provided for services not rendered due to Laundré’s error. Compensation for lost or damaged items will not exceed the stated liability limit.

  • Customer Responsibilities

  • Customers must inspect their order upon receipt and report any discrepancies immediately.

  • Ensure your contact information is accurate for notifications regarding your order.

  • Do not include any hazardous materials or items that may pose a risk (e.g., heavily soiled items with biohazards).

  • Unclaimed Items

  • Unclaimed laundry will be stored for 30 days. After this period, items may be donated or disposed of at Laundré’s discretion.

Laundré reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. The latest version will be available on our website.
